[interfacekit] Lib proxy example

Here's the lib proxy thing I mentioned earlier. It's pretty trivial as
it is, but it demonstrates how a larger proof of concept for binary
compatibility can be put together. Unzip it whereever you like and
build the main app, the lib and the proxy lib. One thing you'll need to
do is the gRealLibPath var in thetrick.cpp so that it points to
whereever the real library is on your system. Once you've got them
built, you should be able to substitute either library in the lib dir
and have everything work.

As I said before, I'm going to try this with libscreensaver, since it's
so small, then I'll look at doing it with libbe.
