[interfacekit] Good Proto5 news

After much thinking, I've come upon a solution/workaround to needing to 
implement BView/BWindow/BApplication and its parent classes in order to test 
the server, so it's back on track. :D If someone would like the BHandler/
BLooper code which is written, although it needs the tests written, e-mail me 
off-list and you can have it. Much bugfixes in the code for stuff that seemed 
to have been around since P3 but didn't come to light until now. Something to 
cheer up your days. :)
