Everything build fine here (normal R5.03), including the obos=5Fregistrar.

The current build system uses a few headers of the host system, like STL
and cpp. As you can see, your iostream.h header doesn't work.
Perhaps you are using a wrong (not BeOS R5) version of gcc=3F
