[interfacekit] Couple more things

Regarding Steve's and Issac's CVS problem, what exactly is happening for 
you guys?  Something that occured to me when reading your mails was that 
adds/commits/checkins don't work if you checked out anonymously.  If 
you're not sure, you can go to a CVS dir in the tree and check out the 
Root file -- it will list how the directory was checked out.  If that's 
not it, what exactly are you seeing?

I will communicate with Michael Phipps regarding file headers and 
copyright notices; this is something that should definitely be 
standardized and in the FAQ.
