[interfacekit] CVS

Hi, I want to help but I have never used CVS before. I come from a land
where the compiler and IDE come prepackaged and shrink wrapped so I have
no clue where to begin with CVS. I am familiar with source sharing
applications but from what I have read about CVS, it seems to be more
like a SQL server where I input archaic commands in order for it to do
something rather than a click and drag sort of thing. If I could get
somebody to help me set up CVS on either my Windows box or my Mac OS X
box that would be great!
