[interfacekit] Be's DR3 Interface Kit Spec

I was running around looking for some info for the possiblity of writing an 
ISA NIC driver (for the experience of writing a driver) and I found a mess of 
on a mirror of ftp.be.com, including a 300 page PDF file of *Be's* DR3 
Interface Kit Spec. $^D I'm going to sift through all the stuff I found (misc 
sources & stuff) and post what will be useful to us in the very near future!
