HI again (that's the third mail today... hmmmm :))

I have just committed the finished implementation of this private class, which 
is used by BTextView and opentracker.

If you look at its implementation, I have some #if B_BEOS_VERSION_DANO around. 
I added those because I followed the header which is in the opentracker 
repository:

 I don't have DANO and so I didn't test the class under it, but I think I'll 
remove those #if as soon as we agree on the version of the _width_table_ struct 
to use.
