[interfacekit] Re: BStopWatch

Ok, the BeBook refer to SupportDefs.h  and they are not in the current R5
version. As at the time of R3 Be started to work on x86 compatibility, I
suspect they were added for some kind of output (PPC & x86 as far as I know
are bytes inverted).  And then , since they dropped PPC support and fully
worked on x86, they probably just dropped those functions ...

So, forget about it.
