The only thing that I had in mind was changing the look of the arrows
themselves to something more typical of "standard" scrollbar buttons.
When I initially wrote the BScrollBar code, I had something that wasn't
great-looking, but it worked. The current code duplicates the R5 look.
I wanted to check what general opinion was before making any changes to
the look. It's not involved work or anything, but because it affects
the general look of the OS, some people might be sensitive to such
changes.
