[interfacekit] BScrollBar Usability

I'm currently working on our red-headed stepchild class, and I was 
wondering about something -- the look of our scrollbars. Quite some 
time ago I heard some people comment about how R5's scrollbars look 
disabled in their normal state. I certainly can see how. What are you 
guys' thoughts? Should we keep the current look or modify it to look 
more like it's enabled?
