I already added some comments in the source file, though I think it's better to 
have also some tests results of our implementation. I'll add also a file with 
the results of R5 implementation.

It's always useful to have some reference, so that someone won't waste precious 
time changing the bubble sort used in SortRects() with an insertion sort just 
to discover it's way slower (guess who I am talking about... :)). (In this 
case, though, I think that we'll have different results with very complex 
clipping region. I'll try some real world application, as soon as I have the 
time.)
