[interfacekit] BRegion tests results

I'd like to commit a text file with some speed tests results for BRegion.
This is not to show I'm the greatest programmer in the world (a thing that 
everyone already knows :PPPP), but to show where optimizations should/could be 
done, if anyone is interested.

Do you think it's a good idea ?
If so, where should I commit that file ? Would be 
/current/docs/develop/interface/BRegion a good location ?
Or it's better to put it into the BRegion tests directory ?
