[interfacekit] Re: BRegion implementation completed

Well, I did offer to work on things like test cases and other loose 
ends.  As I said in my most recent email, I don't have that much time 
to devote but should be able to look into some testcases for BRegion 
next week.  If you already have the tests underway, go for it.  
Otherwise, let me know and I will see what I can get done next week.
