[interfacekit] BRegion implementation completed

You'll have surely noticed, but I tought that an official announcement would 
have been better...
 
For the few people interested (:P), I have committed the last method needed for 
BRegion.
Now is just (!) a matter of writing tests. This doesn't mean that it's 
completely untested. I already did some hand written tests (with lots of 
Include() and Exclude()), and it seems to work fine.

Oh, the code for some helper method is just ugly... and it's not even 
completely error safe (r_or and r_sub in particular). But I guess I'll fix this 
after the tests.

Hmm... I just wish that someone comes and says ("I'll write the tests!!!!")
