Whould this not be usefull for the implementation of BPicture::Unflatten()?

And for testing, if you need a class that prints the contents of a BPicture in
more or less human readable form to stdout, hava a look at the class 
PicturePrinter in
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/open-beos/current/src/tests/kits/interface/picture/
