[interfacekit] BLooper blues

Hi,

yes, it was my mistake, I was assuming BHandler and BLooper were 
basically done, though I rather should have asked.

I can't really test my BMessenger implementation without a working 
BLooper. Erik, I hope you don't mind, if I start fixing the problems I 
encounter.

BTW, what is the status of BHandler? It has quite some bunch of tests -
- starting the test app pops up the debugger, but, I believe, mainly 
caused by the buggy BLooper -- so I hope, I assume correctly, that it 
is in a pretty good shape.
