[interfacekit] BBufferIO

I saw there's a BBufferIO header in the CVS.

I suppose we should implement this class too, even if it's not
mentioned in the BeBook, right?

I don't know if I am able to take it
(Never used this class, and neved implemented a buffered io class), anyway
I have a skeleton that I can throw into
the CVS (at least the person who will
work on it will have a clear perspective
of what to do).
If no one objects...
