[interfacekit] [ANN] Prototype 7 Released

Well, seeing how I'm too lazy to bother Kurtis about a login to post to the 
OBOS site, I thought I'd let you guys know that I've got proto7 out the door, 
now that I've got some time to make the announcement. We've got sliding 
window tabs, titled windows, and a bunch of other things, including mostly-
complete BWindowScreen-based graphics module, courtesy of Gabe and I. The 
version in the tree is slightly more up-to-date, but my site ( http://
bephotomagic.virtualave.net/ ) has a couple unzip-and-run packages which use 
the relatively-mature BView/BWindow-based module. Hope you guys like it. :^)
