Well, they will always go through the *port* of the BWindow - but it
can still directly go to the handler from there - at least, that alone
would not be a sufficient reason :)

Sure there are shortcuts for the menus - Alt-Escape is the only way to
get a cursor navigable menu, the same as you do with the mouse; I did
understand your question that way.
