[interfacekit] A freetype font rendering test program

Michal Kowalski, a fairly new member of the team, has written a quick 
demo app of Freetype's rendering capabilities.  Be advised, it is a 
Win32 app.  You can get the zip file with it and the non-freetype source 
at:

Play with the options a bit, check out whatever fonts you have 
installed.  It looks quite nice and I think we're going to get very 
useable results out freetype.
