I did amte lol and got a faulty unit back, the first one was supposedly new so sent it back when did not hold charge, the second wa s arepair of my original unit again faulty and worse off than before

If your Stream is malfunctioning, it would be wise to contact
HumanWare Europe and get an RMA to send it in for servicing.
This will also probably be cheaper than buying a replacement for
