Hi Will,
JAWS works very well with Word and Excel. I'm not sure how well
access works. Have you checked out the training materials available
from Freedom Scientific? There's an excellent introduction to Office
2007, and materials about many JAWS features, all in DAISY with full
text and audio. They are excellent introductions to these topics.
