Webmin is evil (tm).
You're probably better off hand editing sendmail.cf and missing out
some option so you lose email rather than webmin eating up your passwd file,
for instance, IMHO. (which is not to say that hand-editing sendmail.cf is
easy/cool/fun)
I'd say go with Exim, or Postfix. (in that order)

Hi ,
I was just checking xfs some time back. I could help you with what i
remember.
Choose XFS for large filesystems, which would contain large files.
Choose ReiserFS for smaller filesystems , which would contain small files.
If you are not sure of the above, better stay with EXT3, which is in
between XFS and ReiserFS.
I too remember of a site which gave me some comparison chart. But it seems
my poor memory couldn't help it. Probably you can google for it.
From that rating i understood that XFS is for large files which wont get
added/removed frequently,ReiserFs is for small files which would be
added/removed frequently. And EXT3 as usuall performed moderately well
with most of the tests.
