[Ilugc] wget recursive retrieval

Doesn't make sense. How can you even find the URLs at levels 2 and 3
without downloading the pages at level 1?

   I does, bcoz I have downloaded the files till level k before, and now I
   want to resume my action from level k to some other level say m.
   Well, seems like a solution exist, just recursively list the downloaded
   files and wget from them using level m-k-1
