[Ilugc] network card issue

I just installed redhat 8 on my old p166/32MB RAM box. everything worked
fine, but my network card: Compex RL100 ATX-PCI' didn't get detected. I
know this sounds like a stupid question, but how do i get it going? with
today's installers detecting everything, it's tough to remember how it
was done in the good old days...
