How about the fonts? I tried it too, but faced problems opening Word docs
with Verdana font. OpenOffice in Fedora yarrow couldnt handle word docswith
verdana font. Openoffice in fedora also had only few fonts when comparedto
a Redhat or Mandrake installation.
You can grab the .ttf files from any windows machine and install them in
linux. Or I think there's a download of the original ttf fonts that
were freely released by microsoft, somewhere around on the net. Google
around for ttf fonts linux.
