Hi,
I am a newbie to drupal.
I just want to know can i do any projects with this ( i know of creating a
website other than this)
Drupal is best suited for content-driven websites and web applications.
Doing anything other than this might involve deep diving into its
internals. IMO, if your webapp is not going to be purely content-driven
you might want to try out CodeIgniter or any other similar
web application framework.
