copying the install cd images to every one of the windoze machines may
itself take four hours if you plan on carrying the cd's around to each
machine. as suggested already, one way would be to have the images on the
one linux machine you have and use nfs to make it available to all the
machines. also, since you seem to be planning on an identical installation
on all the machines, redhat kick start would be highly recommended. since
you do have the redhat docs cd, look in it for the redhat customizatin
guide - it has a name like rhl-cg-blah-blah. if you have not done it
already, install this guide on the one linux machine you have and read it
with your favourite browser. the first chapter of this guide tells you how
to go about doing the kick start network installation - it is quite step
by step and visualizes a scenario quite like what you have. spend about
an hour on it and you will be happy you did. if you still have questions,
i think the list will help.
