Please check that hostname in
sybase/interfaces
is same as in /etc/hosts

I am using Sybase ASE [ rpm ] for linux.
After I configure sybase it is working for about
few [1 or 2 ]day(s) and after that the following
problem occurs
CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net
library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to
connect two end points failed.
The above mentioned error occurs when i give this
command isql -U sa -S <mydatabase>
I have also created different user and gave it as
isql -U abc -S <myabcdatabase>
but the same ct_conncet() error occurs.
During the installation process by default it
showed as www but i have changed it as
www.myname.com.
I doubt whether this might be a problem.
Is there any body can help me on this issue.
