[Ilugc] SMTP error

Why is the term `Fail` comming above?

There is no reverse dns (PTR) entry for the ip 10.1.14.73

has gone and set sendmail up to refuse mail from IPs without reverse dns

   So what should I do? (edit /etc/mail/sendmail.mc? how?).

   Well, this is very urgent, as our deparment staff are having trouble
with the mail service.
