[Ilugc] RPM - Dependency

Hello Balachandar,
       RPM doesnot satisfy the dependencies while you
install. For that APT-RPM, a port of Debian's APT tool
is available for RPM based distributions.
       You can use it to easily install, upgrade,
remove packages, satisfying the dependencies
automatically. The installation can be from a local
repository or from the internet.
