[Ilugc] Only URLs?

Hi Sudhir, Thanks for your postings. They are definitely useful and
informative. However, rather than posting only URLs, I would be personally
if you could also post a short one-para description of the information
containted in that URL.

Some of us (myself included) have very limited access to the WWW. While
e-mail access is okay, we find it difficult to go online each time to
check out what the site is about. (Sometimes, the WWW4mail service allows
us to access the site without going online, and asking for a page via
email. But this takes time, and is sometimes unreliable.

Please oblige therefore, and send in a brief description. It would help us
to know what the site contains, before deciding whether we're
interested or not. Thanks a lot, FN
