Touctel DSL is offering free surfing during 10 pm to 8 am for
existing/new DSL subscribers at an additional cost of Rs. 49/- per

I think 10 hrs at 128 kbps, you can do a lot of things. Would be a good
offer if as genuine as it claims.
I am not sure whethere any trap in the plan. If someone have better idea
about this, please let us all know.
