You can use Mailman to do this. There might be other ways but the
nice thing about mailman is that if you do need to setup a list later
on you can always do so.
I dont remember the details on setting up MailMan but you can read the
docs that come with it. Surely they will cover this.
However from memory all that you need to do is edit mm_cfg.py or
somesuch file inside the Mailman directory
(/var/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py). You then should run the newlist
script that is inside the /var/mailman/bin/ directory to create a new
list. Then go to the web page and setup all the defaults. You should
be all set.
