I would like to quote that kicha and praveen kannan (who work at
slashsupport and occasionally moonlight at our meets) had made a private
post to *me* asking me to help make SlashSupport a venue for the meets.
I had asked him to post directly to the list so that people on the list
would know that I am *NOT* giving my seal of approval for SlashSupport.
So far ILUGC has never had a venue that could accomodate 40 ppl. Great
thing if SlashSupport becomes a venue. BUT the ppl who have been our
hosts (lateral / Arkin / Focus Infotech) have been nice and never tried
to use the popularity/fame of ILUGC for their own marketing purposes.
ILUGC has been that nice non-commercial group

I would love to see ILUGC to remain non-commercial for the rest of
