As all of you know we require publicity for the festival. One thing
that we will be doing is to mail letters to all colleges. Also to
schools in the city. To draw more visitors we can put ad. The Hindu,
brings a special supplement called Downtown, separtely for each part
of the city.
The ad rates are
North Rs.75 per sq.cm Central:Rs.70 South: Rs.95 Southern
Suburb:Rs.35
North Suburb:Rs.30.
We need a mininum of 4x4cm ie. 16 sq.cm. The cost will work out to
about Rs.1520 for south and Rs.1120 for central(the school may be in
this reqion we need to check up)
If we you all feel it is ok, we will place ad (off course subject to
availability of fund or sponsor)
