[Ilugc] Install Fest - 2004 [Venue - CEG?]

1.Any place where we have to pay for hall etc. should NOT be
considered.
we have very meagre resources and it is not worth spending on rent
alone.
2.Ideal will be a school/college situated in a convenient place. It is
if we get three or four class rooms.
3.At present I don't think we have many choices, but it comes it is
most welcome.
4.If you can get few class rooms/small halls from CEG that will be
great.

Ok. I will gather information regarding available classrooms in CEG.
Also, most of the students will be busy with their semester exams
this month. So Install-Fest cannot happen this month.
Ok. There will be no problem regarding the Venue. We can have it on
an examination hall at CEG, at no cost. I have got the permission from
the President, Computer Society of Anna University for conducting
Install-Fest for free of charge in CEG. Class rooms will be provided.
1. First of all it is difficult to conduct IF this month, as the
students will be having sememster exams.
2. Even the subsequent months will be semester holidays. Still difficult.
Other than those days, I'm sure that the students will provide the
computers for IF.
