Hi,
Some files in one of our Linux 7.1 machines suddenly grew to over 6GB in
size. Most of these files are part of the fileutils package (ls, chmod,
chown etc.). The binaries of these files became huge, ranging from 2 GB to
7 GB in size!!
How and why does this happen? Is it because of a sofware bug, or due some
malicious program?
