Sir,
In my RHEL4 server, I wrongly configured DNS server name, primary server
name through GUI mode.
ie Hat----> System settings ----> Networks
It is not necessary an Server name. Hence i deleted it in the same manner.
But during every time of startup httpd startup display the following error
message.
httpd: could not determain the server's fully qualified domain name,
using 172.20.16.2 for server name.
I thought that it is required to edit dns name config file. but not sure.
due to the above problem i could not open the webpage ofthis machine. please
help me.
I tried 'http://localhost/' this displays the Apache webserver welcome page.
but try to open the webpage, errror 404 is displayed.
