Ok, re-compiled my own kernel and installed pctel driver. wvdial debs
were downloaded from packages.debian.org (from gentoo). .. and i'm
sending this message from debian - happy :D
only issue with my devfs filesystem - no /dev/hdaX but /dev/discs/blah
.. looking a google .. no anti-aliased fonts in mozilla ... many more
..hope i will resolve all issues now ...
Long live debian and gentoo.
next for a month there will be a bandwidth benchmark of debian and
gentoo. which requires more bandwidth ...
