I have BSNL 2nd bfone (permanent telephone line with flat rate of Rs.
500 per month, regardless of no. of hrs. usage). With the free
surfing hours provided by the leading ISPs, you could download almost
3 GB per month just by spending Rs. 500 per month.
I did a stage3 install. After that it may not take more than 2 nights
for a world update. Excluding OpenOffice, it may take a day to
compile them.
