Edit your XF86Config (normally /etc/X11/XF86Config) and add the
following lines under Monitor section:
HorizSync 30-55
VertRefresh 50-100
The above settings normally work for almost all monitors, incase your
monitor supports higher refresh rates (refer the supplementary manual
that accompanied your monitor) make the changes appropriately for
supporting better resolutions!
You can use 'XFree86 -configure' to setup an initial XF86Config.

The Linux is running smoothly but i am not able to start X properly. I=20
