Send mail to the sorbs project (duhl@xxxxxxxxx) pointing this out.
And contact dishnet and see if they can give you a list of exactly what is
static and what is dynamic in their IP block .. the idiots dont even have PTR
records / separate apnic blocks for anybody to tell the difference.
