[Ilugc] DNS problem.

His dsl modem keeps giving him new IPs with dhcp, and its configured to
have 192.168.1.1 as the dns server. Probably has a dns proxy built in
that often doesn't work too well, so he notices it.
Go login to the dsl modem (
http://192.168.1.1 or whatever) and change
the dns servers in there to bsnl's dns servers.
Or run bind / dnscache on your local box and then set dhclient.conf /
dhcpcd.conf or whatever you use to have something like this
prepend domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1;
