FYI. IIIT-Hyderabad is a deemed university recognised by UGC/AICTEE.
Further We have educational exchange relations with CMU and other
foriegn universities. If you are such a big BOND why don't you rather
ignore such a politely addressed mail or you need some point to jump
around and reply.
Don't tell us what open source is all about. We know clearly what it
is. We are as an institute already a part of E-governmance project of AP
government. Have you never heard of contest like
ACM programming contest and Google programming contest and also may be
iitm's programming contest. This is just a invitation and challenge. If
you feel ur self capable why don't you try participating and showing us.
This is not Personally intended but is just a clarification which needed
