SORRY for replying so late. I had upgraded my workstation to Debian Sarge
( it previously had woody) and havent yet imported my old mail. So I just
couldnt reply to this thread.
The server is working PERFECTLY FINE. All i did was to open the .config in vi
and change CONFIG_NFSD=m. I even have XFS quotas. Its cool. XFS doesnt
store quotas in visible system files like aquota.*. Instead it stores them
in the journal itself.
Now I am getting this warning in the server console once in a while:
fh_verify: no root_squashed access at share/fonts
I havent any root squash option set in my exports file. Since this is just a
warning I will have to look at this later.
