FWIW, over 20 months back, I found cfs very useful, and handy. The mailing
list is still very much alive, with matt blaze, and others from AT&T still
on the list.
Hey, I see that cfs is now allowed for export or even distribution to
anybody but 'permanent residents' of US and Canada ? So, how did you find
it 'use'ful ?!!!
What black magic did you use to try it ? or did you 'make them an offer
they couldn't refuse' ?

Hi vMoksha type person :)
First off, I used it about 2 years back, hacking up some shell scripts to
integrate into an user's /home directory, transparently. I neither am, nor
was, a Permanent Resident, of USA or Canada, and will not be, for the
foreseeable future, thanks to the insane laws out here. When I last used it,
it was packaged inside Debian, though I had to rip the deb apart and
re-package it to my taste, and AFAIK, Debian/GPL allow it, and it was only
for personal use. :/
I'm not sure what else you imply with your question(s).
Oh, is vMoksha your company? As in, your initials ...
