[Ilugc] Automatic Font Download

TTF is true type fonts on windows. I was assuming browser was on
windows. If browser is on linux, similar fonts in X need to be linked I
guess. Before this javascript can be used to check environment and
redirect to appropriate page or check font availability and link in
needed.

This downloads Bitstream font player.

I guess if you have TTF fonts,the font alone is downloaded and not the
