I am only offering my services. If anybody else is willing I have no
problem in attending any where else. The tasks to be done are
1.Preparing letters to colleges/schools and posting it (snail mail)
2. Discussing about roles.
3. Finance
But preferred time will be 3pm.
If anybody is willing to host in a central location please let us
know by tomorrow noon, else we will meet in my office[ I shall post
howto-reach my office tomorrow].
