Linux distro at home without letting his employer know.

the price of freedom.
Ok...the truth is I kind of screwed up there with my phrasing...I kinda
meant them openly talking about in public forums or evangelizing Linux
or OSS in some way. But anyway, you're rigth. MS has made some mistakes
but its attitude is changing massively. Just check out sites like
http://blogs.msdn.com . However, I'm not sure any employer would take
kindly to you openly admitting to using a rival's products. But yes,
this is definitely an area MS needs to improve upon as a company...being
'comfortable' with Linux usage.
